Sheri Easter Interview
Had I been tagged to choose who would be dealt a breast cancer diagnosis, Sheri Easter would have been on the bottom of my list. Amazingly, my petite, fiery friend stepped into that arena with a sling and a stone and walked out with her head high – and beautifully coiffed.
Here’s how:

During a concert in Winston Salem I actually spoke with you at the record table and at that time my wife had breast cancer, but was in remission. Since that time the cancer went to the bones and now has traveled to the brain and returned to the breast. Even though we have a lot of problems we still trust the word in Isaiah 41 verse 10. Our doctor has said many times only GOD sets times and we believe him as a christian doctor. We were encouraged at your concert and now after listening to you and Sheri Easter, we are more encouraged that GOD will provide a miracle for us. God bless you and your ministry and thanks for the outlet for all of us caretakers. We are almost neighbors, we live in Summerfield, North Carolina, 20 miles from Reidsville.
GOD bless you

DEAR JANET: I AM SO HAPPY THAT YOU AND SHERI EASTER ARE DOING SO GREAT AFTER BEING DIAGNOSED WITH BREAST CANCER. BOTH OF YOU ARE SUCH AN INSPIRATION TO ME WITH YOUR BEAUTIFUL VOICES BUT EVEN MORE SO WITH YOUR MESSAGES OF GODS UNFAILING LOVE. I GOT TO HEAR JANET WHEN SHE SANG AT OUR CHURCH IN SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND HAVE BEEN A FAN EVER SINCE. MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU JANET AND SHERI. KEEP UP THE SPREADING OF THE GOOD NEWS. A FAN ALWAYS

I have been recently introduced to the Gaither music series and what a blessing it has brought to my soul.My life and attitude towards life is no longer the same.I particularly love Sheri and you-Janet Pascal.I am deeply encouraged by your attitudes towards cancer.Women in Kenya Africa need to hear this. How about looking for a way to reach them with this good news that they can still hold onto a thread of hope even when life seems to be so unfair?

I am a missionary to the Lakota Sioux Indians. Have been about 21 years. My family and I are from the state of Missouri. Where good ole’ Southern Gospel music is greatly heard; unfortuanlty South Dakota does not have a radio station that plays gospel music…..I love the work that the Lord haves us to do; but we sure do miss the southern singing.
But being here we do not get to hear any news of our favorite Southern Gospel Singers. We watch Gaither Homecoming and Friends as often as they will show it on their christian t.v. station.
When I heard about Sheri Easter having cancer I just sat down and cried.I have seen her in concert lots of times, and when growing up around gospel music and going to the concerts I feel like you all are apart of my family. And I miss that so much. Even though we may never meet face to face, just know and let everyone else know that we are praying for each of you, we love and we certainly do miss you all.
I would like to know how Sheri Easter is doing. The first time I saw Sheri and Jeff was in Springfield,Missouri and Madison must have been at least 3 or 4 yrs.old. and I fell in love with them since.
To my favorite music singers in the world…….I love you all. And keep on keeping on. One of your favorite fans,Lori Helms
